Printer Compatibility Notices

Problem:  "The printer will not print in any other type face than 10cpi Courier."

Printer(s): EPSON Stylus 400 Color Inkjet (raster only), Xerox WorkCenters

Printers that do not support the use of control codes (escape sequences) cannot be effectively used with any program that controls type face and pitch through control or escape sequences.  Printers such as the Epson Stylus 400 only support Raster control and therefore cannot be used.

Remedy: Use a business printer that does support escape sequence control.  In addition, it is required  that you use only printers that support HP Laser Jet, Epson or IBM Proprinter emulations.
